Embrace Learning: UK Study Visa
Starting October 5, 2020, the Tier 4 (General) Student Visa has transformed into the “Student Route.” This option is now available to EU/EEA nationals intending to enter the country after January 1, 2021.
Obtaining the Student Visa is crucial for individuals aspiring to study in the UK. In the post-Brexit scenario, both EEA nationals and non-EEA nationals must possess an unconditional offer from a licensed sponsor to meet the visa eligibility requirements.
After successfully completing an approved course in the UK, graduates can now take advantage of the new Graduate Visa route, which grants a two-year extension to reside, work, and search for employment within the country. PhD graduates can enjoy an extended three-year period under this provision
Eligibility for a UK Student Visa

- If you intend to join courses lasting up to six months or English language courses up to 11 months in duration, you can apply for short-term study visas.
